Banana Bread

Oh, satisfy us early with Your mercy, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days! (Ps. 90: 14)

My husband makes a killer banana bread based on this recipe from Simply Recipes. He uses four bananas and replaces the egg with half a cup of apple juice. We also added crushed walnuts for a wonderful texture!
