Askin' All Them Questions

Gibna Rumi
I saw this blog post going around on pinterest about asking your child 20 questions on each birthday and making a book of them. My nonna and I already do something similar. We had been videotaping her impressive hymn singing (best way to encourage them to learn more!) when we veered into the topic of favorite colors and friends' names, etc. She loved the first short clip we made so much that she asks every few weeks to answer questions again.
A friend of mine asked me to adjust Nicole's original list to include a little more spirituality. Here are my ten core questions (with three bonuses):
1. What is your favorite color? (pink)
2. What is your favorite food? (gibna rumi -- rumi cheese)
3. What is your favorite animal? (elephant)
4. What is your favorite book? ("the Old Testament and the new one")
5. What do you want to be when you grow up? (a mommy)
6. Who are your friends? (too many to list)
7. What is your favorite Bible story? (Noah and the ark)
8. What is your favorite hymn/church song? (Hiten ni--the fast one)
9. Who is your favorite saint? (St. Demiana)
10. What is your favorite thing to do for fun? (play school)
Bonus Questions
What Bible verses do you know?
What does Heaven look like?
What is your favorite part of Liturgy? (when Abouna goes around the altar and spins the shoria)
What about you? Do you have any question suggestions? I'll even get nonna to answer :)!
